It was a quiet Sunday morning and as Lewis had to get up early for work… I did too, so I decided to treat myself for breakfast!
So I went to Olive and Bean, which is a lovely cafe hidden in Newcastle city centre. It was quiet and only a couple of people were there, but then again the streets were littered with kebab wrappers so obviously most of Newcastle where in with a hangover!
The girls were all chatting among themselves when I came in but one of them did apologise for making me wait, other than that they were all lovely.
They have very good options for breakfast and the prices were reasonable!
I had the sausage sandwich which was delicious and they gave you a little bit of ketchup on the side. I would definately recommend to go here, and I am very tempted to treat myself for lunch one day as the lunch menu looks great!
p.s I tried Fire Fly’s peach and green tea, it was amazing! And so refreshing!
